UP Scholarship 2023-24: Post Matric Scholarship for classes 11 and 12
This scholarship is for students in 11th and 12th grades. It helps cover school expenses, like tuition fees, so students can focus on studies without worrying about money. It supports their education needs.
In the year 2022-23, 26 lakh students applied for this scholarship. Out of these, 22 lakh students submitted their applications with the necessary documents. Around 20 lakh applications were sent to the government by the schools after verifying students’ documents and applications.

UP Scholarship 2023-24: UP Scholarship for UG and PG
This scholarship helps students studying for diplomas, bachelor’s, or master’s degrees by offering financial assistance for their tuition fees and essential expenses.
In the academic year 2022-23, around 36 lakh students enrolled for this scholarship. Among them, about 39 lakh students (including new applicants and renewals) completed their applications by submitting the necessary documents. Nearly 36 lakh applications, after verification by the institution, were forwarded to the government for consideration.

In the academic year 2022-23, a total of 83.5 lakh students registered for the scholarship. Out of these, 81.4 lakh students, including both new applicants and renewals, completed their application submissions with the necessary documents. Around 74.3 lakh applications were then verified by the educational institutions and forwarded to the government for processing.
In the previous academic year 2021-22, approximately 1.02 crore students applied for scholarships. Among them, 87.6 lakh students completed their applications, providing the required documents. Educational institutions verified these applications, and approximately 78.4 lakh were sent to the government for further processing.

UP Scholarship 2023-24: How to fill application and registration form
To apply for the UP Scholarship, students have to use the official website – scholarship.up.gov.in. The process is quite simple and entirely online.
